Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the content provided by Trust Elite Books as part of its services (e.g., cover designs, layout designs, edited text where applicable) will be transferred to you upon full payment for the respective service, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. You retain all intellectual property rights to your original manuscript and content.

5. Payment and Fees: All fees for services are as quoted and agreed upon in a separate service agreement or invoice. Payments are due according to the terms specified in such agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trust Elite Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
